Hello Cradle Project!!! It is I, the great Sippy--- no we’re not doing that. Ahem, it’s
Zia and
Sipp, back at it again with them memes, to play an actual ship (skelebros are not a ship, tumblr!!!!)!
Say hello to two teenagers who dress up in fursuits to save Paris--- I mean, two superheroes who save Paris from a guy (who is definitely not Adrien’s dad) who dresses up like a butterfly and stands in a room all day. More importantly: they save the animation budget. Aka: this is that French/Korean cartoon that exploded all over Tumblr:
Miraculous Ladybug. It’s basically superheroes meet magical girls.
Zia is playing
Adrien Agreste, aka
Chat Noir, a cinnamon roll/disney princess sunshine child who also happens to dress up in a leather cat outfit and make shitty puns. And even shittier attempts at flirting with Ladybug.
Sipp is playing
Marinette Dupain-Cheng aka
Ladybug, a phone thief slash human disaster of a girl who is clever and (probably) sweet when she isn’t getting reel tired of bullshit. And, you know, when she can actually string a sentence together, which is not around Adrien.
With the help of their convenient miraculous bling and magical god-like insect companions, they transform into Paris’s heroes and the day is saved thanks to the powerpuff furries bla bla bla bla. Now, we know their “secret identities” are not a secret at all, but Zia and I would like to ask if, for the first little while (couple of weeks), characters not mention to them that they know their superhero identities if they make the connection (which is obvious). Basically: in the show, their identities have yet to be revealed to one another (because it’d be a Big Thing), so we just want some time for them to acclimate them to the setting before dropping it on them. Also: it’d be hilarious if people just thought they were weird cosplayers. But yes, we would
really appreciate it!!
